Body-centered tools for personal growth and transformation.

Movement can be a spiritual practice, a type of play, or a way to gain clarity, connect with others, enhance our creativity, and access our inner wisdom. All that is required is the willingness to move and to listen to the wisdom of our bodies, our hearts and each other. In these playshops, we will explore movement, play and spirituality from a variety of traditions including Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks’ body centered coaching.

Join Amelia Barnes, coaching Women in Midlife to their Next Great Adventure, and come ready to move and play. Adults 18 to 108 welcome. This is part of a continuing series, however each session is designed as a stand alone experience.
“When we open to new moving possibilities and free the frozen places in our inner flow of movement, more participation and more responsiveness result. Our brain cells communicate intricate information by firing chemicals across synapses, or gaps between them. Movement can function in the same way to connect gaps in experience and to contact our deepest selves.”
– Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks from At the Speed of Life
